Dutch Club "Abel Tasman" [back to top]

Dutch Club "Abel Tasman" has played and will continue to play a pivotal role in Victoria's Dutch Community.  Ever since the  founding of Dutch Club "Abel Tasman" in 1958, it has been an important meeting point for the Dutch Community living in Victoria -- to socialise and to continue experiencing Dutch culture with each other.

During the coming years, DutchCare Ltd. will built state-of-the-art aged care facilities on exactly the same site where currently the Dutch Club "Abel Tasman" is located [in Carnegie].  The ground of the facility will appropriately be named Dutch Connection Australia and will be home to host community events and provide a physical location for other organisations.  Within the current planning, it is expected that there will be a restaurant, bar, shop, rooms for Dutch classes and the Dutch Australian Heritage Centre.
